Love my new Paul Smith rug!
I ordered a Paul Smith rug during the seasonal clearance, and I am so happy with it! The colors are even more vibrant in person. It arrived much faster than I expected, only 4 days to get to my place in California. The quality is incredible, you can really tell it's handmade. I've been looking for a statement piece for my living room, and this is absolutely perfect. Good quality, minor shipping issue
I purchased a plain textured rug for my bedroom. The rug itself is beautiful and feels very durable, definitely a luxury item. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in Florida, which was a bit longer than I hoped, and the tracking updates weren't always precise. The packaging was secure though, and the rug arrived in perfect condition. It's a significant investment, but the quality seems to justify the price. Overall, a positive experience, but they could improve on shipping speed and communication for delivery.
